Jay and Jonah provided excellent service. I had a WOLFBOX 4K Rearview Mirror installed. They quoted me an fair and reasonable amount. I dropped it off in the morning and within 2 hours it was ready. When I picked my car up I noticed two improvements that I hadn’t asked for: the electronic key fob was working again, and an area of my dash that had a security sensor poorly taped to it had been redone in a much cleaner way. I was thrilled to drive away with a correctly installed digital rearview camera within quoted time and budget, and bonus fixes! The work done by Jonah is a clear example of why I rate Car Audio & Security Specialists 5 star. Jay, who seems to run the office, displayed excellent customer service, attention to detail, and initiative as well. TL;DR Very pleased with my experience and result.

I have been to 4 different shops on island and this is the only shop that really did a thorough walkthrough of everything you needed before quoting you the wrong price. Not only that but the box I had to have installed, the boss wanted to build me a custom one but he told me he would rather me wait and see if I liked what I had before making a sale. That’s how I knew I could trust them. On top of the clean install, and giving me a fair price, we encountered a problem when I drove off and came back for them to fix a part that went bad (not there fault) in a couple minutes and back to the road with King Kong in my trunk. Thanks guys!
